Mpumalanga Regional Training Trust (MRTT) is one of the registered companies in South Africa that specializes in technical training. MRTT Learnership is a program that establishes a mandate to develop the Human Resources base of the Mpumalanga Province through the provision of experiential, technical, hospitality and tourism, entrepreneurship, and life skills training. Mpumalanga Regional Training Trust would like to invite suitable candidates to apply for the positions as advertised.
MRTT would like to also maintain a database of qualifying candidates for a period of 2 (two) years specifically for the positions in this advert in order to source candidates for appointment to the positions for a fixed-term contract which periods of employment contracts will vary depending on the operational requirements of the organization.
The recommended candidate will undergo comprehensive reference checks which include qualification verification, credit, criminal, and other relevant checks. A competency assessment will be conducted for recommended candidates.
MRTT Learnership Requirements
In order to be eligible for this learnership position candidates must meet the following requirements:
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) /Matric/ NQF Qualification certificateor equavalent
- National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Field Or Equivalent Qualification When essential.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Microsoft & Advanced Excel.
- Valid Driver’s license.
- Excellent interpersonal skills (written & verbal).
- Ability to deal with multiple complex situations simultaneously.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Compulsory documents:
- Certified RSA Identity Document copy
- Certified qualifications
- Proof of residence (candidates must reside in the Mpumalanga Province)
- An evaluation certificate must accompany it from the South African Qualification Authority (SAQA).
MRTT Learnership 2024/2025 online application
Applications must be submitted on the Prescribed Application form for employment, obtainable from the MRTT website. A recently updated, comprehensive CV as well as recently certified copies of all qualifications including a Senior Certificate and Identity document and Driver’s license should accompany the fully completed and signed form. Failure to submit all the requested documents as well as applications received late will result in the application not being considered. Remember MRTT does not accept applications via fax.
MRTT Learnership Closing Date
Applications for the MRTT Learnership must be submitted before the closing date as shown in relevant adverts. Applicants are advised to submit their application as soon as possible, as MMRT will not accept applications submitted late. Successful candidates will be appointed on a probation period of 6 (six) months. The successful candidate will be expected to sign a performance agreement. If you have not been contacted within 30 days after the closing date of this advertisement, please accept that your application was unsuccessful.
MRTT Learnership Stipend
Successful candidates will receive a minimum amount as the Learnership Stipend covers expenses like travel and meals. This means the candidate will be paid monthly while you are on the entire learnership.
