Moltech is a leading multi-disciplinary group that provides project services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Africa through the management and execution of rail infrastructure projects, tele/data communication, industrial surge and lightning protection, and micro-hydropower projects, in collaboration with sister companies and specialized partners. The primary rationale for their existence is to meet a critical need for innovative, dependable, integrated and well-administered companies to deliver consistent, secure, timely and economical rail civil projects.
Moltech Learnership programmes are designed for South African students who want to gain theoretical and real-world work experience within the company. The Learnership is a great opportunity for students who want to gain a deeper comprehension of the industry. During the programme, participants will be exposed to both theoretical assessment and hands-on working sessions in an interactive business environment. Professional training providers will provide the necessary support as the programme progresses. Moltech Learnerships are currently running programmes in Electrical, Millwright, Welding, Diesel Mechanics and Instrumentation.
Moltech Learnership Requirements
To be eligible for this learnership position candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12/Matric/ NQF Qualification certificate or equavalent.
- A diploma or degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification.
- Basic Computer skill level in Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication skills(Written and Verbal).
- A valid Drivers License will be added an advantage.
- Deadline-driven and able to work under pressure.
- No and clean criminal record.
- Willing to undergo criminal checks regularly.
- Must be physically fit and in good health.

Moltech Learnership Stipend
Successful candidates will receive a minimum amount as the Learnership Stipend covers expenses like travel and meals. This means the candidate will be paid monthly while you are on the entire learnership.
