South32 Learnership Requirements.

South African citizen with a legal identity document.
A National Senior Certificate
A bachelor’s degree / national diploma in a related field would be advantageous.
Computer literacy (MS Office,

South32 Learnership Stipend

Successful applicants will receive a monthly stipend during learnership based on their qualifications; however, accommodation, transport, and meals will be their responsibility. This means the candidate will be paying for his or her expenses for the entire course. It is not guaranteed that the candidate will receive a certain amount monthly.
