A valid Grade 12 / Martic certificate Qualification.
A diploma or degree in the relevant field (where applicable).
A South African citizen with valid work and possess an Identity Card.
If they have already completed a higher degree, they must continue their education in South Africa at an accredited university.
They have to be within the age range of productive people who require Experiential Education.
Evidence of residency.
They must not be planning to enrol in any full-time courses during the learnership program and must be unemployed.
