Tshepo 1 Million Learnership
The Tshepo is a government program to help young people of all education levels find opportunities. In partnership with businesses and an employment accelerator, Tshepo provides training and opportunities to help young people build careers and become successful. The Tshepo website allows you to register and receive information from SA Youth. Since Tshepo works with Harambee and SA Youth, this gives you access to register on tshepo.mobi, sayouth. mobi, or Harambee.mobi, your details will be put into the same system. All communications you receive after registering with Tshepo will come from Harambee.
Tshepo 1 Million Learnership opportunity allows candidates to uplift their skills and working knowledge that make them feel more employable by giving them Support and development of their potential that is useful to them when they are self-employed or start their enterprises. This programme will have you studying a set curriculum, with both theoretical assessments and practical work sessions in a real-time company setting. The trainers will help you make great progress as you work your way to a qualification.
Tshepo 1 Million Learnership Requirements.
Candidates with the following minimum criteria will be considered for the learnershp programme
- Must have Grade 10 or above
- Grade 12 / N3/ NQF Level 4 Certificate
- Diploma/Degree in relevant learnership field.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Computer literacy will added advantage.
- Unemployed residents of Gauteng
- Aged between 18 – 34 years old
- Have a South African (or refugee) Identity Document or a valid work permit
Other skills and competencies
- Ability and willingness to work under pressure.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to read and write.

Tshepo 1 Million Learnership Stipend
Tshepo 1 Million offer candidate knowledgeable practical skills but also allow them to earn a monthly Stipend approximated to be a minimum of the range of R 8375.00 less or more for the entire duration of their learnership programme.
