Mercedes Benz Learnership is a program offered to young talented individuals who want to gain the skills and knowledge they need to develop their chosen field. The selected individual will earn while you learn and work with experienced coaches and mentors within vibrant operational workshops. This program gives individuals who uphold the values of passion, respect, integrity, discipline, and excellence. Mercedes Benz Learnership Requirements.

Interested candidates should ensure that they meet the following criteria before applying for this learnership position:

South African citizens or Permanent residents.
Candidates between the ages of 18 and 35.
Candidates from the Eastern Cape will be given preference.

One of the following qualifications must be met:

Matriculation/Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science.

Advantageous: completed the following related subjects:

Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, Automotive Repair and Maintenance, Mechanical Technology, Design, Graphics, and so on are some of the fields covered.
Matric or NVC level 4 Higher Technical Certificate with supporting languages
N3 contains at least four subjects
Relevant Tertiary Qualification, with a pass mark of 65%+, will be an advantage
Valid Drivers’ License
Good communication skills

Ability to operate under pressure and in a team environment
Attention to Details
