Engen is an energy company with headquarters in Africa that specializes in the marketing of gasoline, lubricants and other functional fluids, chemicals, and retail convenience services through a vast network of gas stations spread throughout 7 nations in sub-Saharan Africa and the islands in Indian Ocean. Engen Learnership programme offers a stimulating, challenging and rewarding environment where professional and personal development opportunities are considered. The programme will be held for 12 to 24 months and will include theoretical and practical work-based experience
Engen Learnership Requirements
The basic requirements interested candidates should meet to ensure that they are being selected for the programme are as follows:
- A Matric or Grade 12 certificate with Physical Science and Pure Mathematics as subjects.
- A diploma or degree in the field of application.
- Candidates must have a valid ID book or document.
- Be able to work well with others and as part of a team.
- Candidate must have great problem-solving skills.
