Compass Consulting Services specializes in diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging management, conflict management, communication, leadership development, and team building.
Compass Consulting Learnership is a programme for South African individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in the B-BBEE sector. These Learnerships are a 12-month program that will provide an introduction to the fundamentals of Compass Consulting’s work. Selected learners will be eligible for a combination of theoretical assessment and practical working sessions to provide them with initial work experience.
Compass Consulting Learnership Requirements
In order to be eligible for this learnership position candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Candidates must be South African citizens who possess a Legal ID.
- Candidate must be aged between 18 and 35 at the start of the learnership.
- Candidate must possess a minimum Grade 11 qualification
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate holders will receive a higher preference.
- Candidate should be unemployed during the program,
- Candidates who are from previously disadvantaged communities, and have not completed a learnership before this one, will be offered preference to Persons with Disabilities, including those with hearing impairments, physical impairments, HIV and Albinism, and those who have a history of taking chronic medical medication for high blood pressure, diabetes, heart conditions, tuberculosis, etc.
