This graduate development includes a Full-Time Bursary, Professional Mentorship, Graduate Placements, and Internships / Learnerships. Telkom Learnership a view to enabling skills development and aiding in the employability of the South African youth, Telkom provides a number of workplace learning opportunities. Telkom Learnership opportunities are typically 12 months in duration and include theoretical training as well as practical on-the-job work experience.

Telkom Learnership Requirements

To select for the Telkom Learnership, you need to possess all the required qualifications and meet all requirements

Grade 12 (NQF level 4) certificate.
A relevant degree/ diploma qualification certificate.
A valid driver’s license will be advantageous.
Citizens of South Africa have valid work and possess an Identity Card.
Proof of residence.
Computer literacy
Able to communicate Fluent in English.
