South Africa Chief Asociation is a non-profit organisation that represents the interests of chefs, cooks and caterers focusing on skills development, celebrating culinary professionals and transforming the industry so everyone can benefit. South Africa Chief Asociation aspires to significantly significant impact on the careers of the chefs with whom we share the knowledge gained through international food promotions, competitions, workshops, educational conferences, and a variety of other learning experiences.
South Africa Chief Asociation Learnership Programme allows the young talented candidates to meet the nation’s best kitchen professionals, ranging from highly ordained cooks, well-known chefs, or even the most reliable caterers in South Africa ensuring they have the most robust foundation for starting their career. Their learnerships are provided across South Africa and accommodate both abled and disabled learners. South Africa’s Chief Asociation Programme focuses on the culinary arts, which is made possible by a collaboration between the National Department of Tourism and the Expanded Public Works Programme. Selected candidates will be subjected to various kitchen working knowledge and will learn how to serve their customers professionally, in a professional manner as a result of this opportunity.

To be an eligible candidate to be enrolled on the Learnership Programme team here is the minimum requirement to qualify:
- Grade 12/ Nation senior/Matric certificate (essential) or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications/equivalent are an added advantage
- Computer Literacy will be advantageous
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven fluency in the English Language.

South Africa Chief Asociation Learnership Stipend.
A monthly stipend is provided for the successful candidates for 12 months, and the amount is based on the organization scale however South Africa Chief Asociation are not responsible for meal costs, accommodation, or transportation.
