Social Auxiliary Work Learnership is an opportunity offered to young unemployed youth to increase support workforce social workers to achieve the aims of social work at CEFA. in addition to that this opportunity was a golden opportunity to unemployed youth to gain work experience and earn while developing skills and knowledge for their well future professional life. The programme period for qualification is 12 months. It should be noted that the moderation and verification process until certification can take up an additional six months.
Social Auxiliary Work Learnership Requirements
Ideal candidates will have basic requirements that must be met to be able to apply for CEFA Learnership:
- Grade 10/ NQF Level 3 or equivalent certificate of qualification.
- Grade 12/Matric/NQF 4 OR Equivalent certificate of qualification.
- Clean and neat criminal records.
- Citizens of South Africa who possess a legal ID document.
- Relevant diploma/degree in a related field or equivalent.
