The Sasol Learnership 2023/2024 12-month programme will offer
- Theoretical element aligned to an NQF Learnership programme: During the practical component, Learners will provide administrative support to improve the effectiveness of managers and the departments in general as work readiness preparation.
- Practical on-site work experience to improve the skills and workplace performance of entry-level learners. The theoretical component will cover Entrepreneurship, Business Operations, Customer Service, Business Accounting, Maths Literacy, Communication skills and Computer Skills.
Core Elements:
Participate in Learnership programme and successfully complete assessment process;
Participate in all required workplace readiness activities and exercises
Sasol learnership 2023/2024 Requirements
To be eligible to apply for Sasol Learnership you require to have the essential criteria as follows:
- A completed National Senior Certificate with Mathematics 50%, Engineering Science/ Physical Science 50% and English 50%
- A completed N3 Certificate Equivalent to Grade 12 with Business English, Engineering Science, Maths, and any 2 subjects passed (total of 5 subjects).
- A Completed S4 in Mechanical/ Metallurgy/ Welding Engineering may be favourably considered
Other Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- You must be able to speak, read and write English.
