Sanlam Learnership is a programme aimed at empowering people to learn new skills relating to financial careers and start businesses that will help to solve skill shortages in South Africa. The programme promotes and makes sure of long-term/sustainable change in the South African economy and the financial industry/sector is both sustainable and healthy. A Further Education and Training Certificate: Long-term Insurance, NQF Level 4 – worth 140 Credits will be awarded to students who complete the learnership program.
Sanlam Learnership Requirements.
The following are the minimum eligibility criteria required to possess to be considered for the Sanlam learning programmes:
- Matric/Grade 12 with passed English and additional South African official language.
- Computer skills (MS Office)
- Communicates effectively
- Currently unemployed.
- South African citizen.
- 35 years old or younger.
- Students with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
- Currently not studying (or planning to study) during the learnership programme.
- Have not completed the SAQA ID 49649 (Further Education and Training Certificate: Long-term Insurance).
