Saint-Gobain Construction Products SA (Pty) Ltd is a worldwide leading company that offers lightweight building materials RhinoBoard®, Gypframe®and RhinoLite® for interior walls and ceilings for sustainable construction. Saint-Gobain Construction provides innovative products, materials and services that Design, manufacture and distribute for the construction and industrial market.

Saint-Gobain Africa Learnership is the programme offered by Saint Gobain Africa in partnership with Youthbuild that takes a 12-month learnership and aims to address the critical skills shortage and high youth unemployment rate in South Africa. This programme will give young talented individuals a roadmap and exposure to their career path, they will be able to find their passion and a place where they will use their full potential to create their future professional life.

Saint-Gobain Africa Learnership Requirements

The minimum eligibility criteria to be considered for the programme are:

Candidate Must be between the ages of 18-29
A valid Grade 12 senior certificate in English and mathematics
Read and write English
Do basic mathematics and measurement
Candidates with a certificate or at least 1-year experience in any area of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or construction will be preferred.
Candidates who do not have their senior certificate but who have at least six months to 1 year of experience in the construction industry will be considered
