The Road Traffic Management Corporation (RTMC) is a leading road safety agency in South Africa that commenced operating in April 2005 with the objective of pooling powers and resources to eliminate the separation of responsibilities for all aspects of road traffic management across the various levels of government. The RTMC is assigned with the overall safety of road users and to promote responsible road usage behaviour. They have the mandate to establish and run an effective road management system to ensure the safety and quality of life of our citizens.

RTMC Learnership is looking for the ideal candidate to undergo a Learning program that runs for 24 months to 3 years based on the RTMC needs, of which 12 months will be at the Academy and 12 months in the workplace or more. All the required materials and Venues for this training will be under RTMC.

RTMC Learnership Requirements

To qualify for these Learneship programs ideal applicant must meet the following Minimum Qualification requirement:

Minimum educational qualification of matric or grade 12 or equivalent.
National Senior Certificate or National Certificate Vocational with Diploma achievement.
Candidates with Post Matrics qualifications will also be considered.
A diploma or degree in the relevant field (where applicable)
Medical Certificate as proof that a person can do strenuous exercise.
Candidate with a clean criminal record
Code B driving licence (manual transmission).
Must be a South African Citizen with a Valid ID

RTMC Learnership Stipend.

RTMC offer a Learnership Monthly allowance to all successful Learners known as Learnership Stipend for the entire time of learnership and its Approximated to be R4300 or less per month. Accommodation, Meal, and Study materials will be provided to a successful Candidate aside from Stipend.
