The RAV Steel Learnership programme is a great way for young South Africans to gain a strong working foundation before entering the labour market. It’s a great way to gain exposure to this industry. Rav Steel will provide you with a structured learning programme that combines theoretical assessments with practical working sessions in a real-time company environment. Under the supervision of experienced professionals, you’ll be encouraged to demonstrate remarkable growth throughout the entire program.

This 24-month learnership program will be held in three locations – Pretoria (Pretoria), Joburg (Joburg), and Durban (Durban, KZN) – as well as the Cape Town Western Cape (Cape Town). Available fields include Marketing, Office Clerk, Administration, and Human Resources.

RAV Steel Learnership Requirements.

To be eligible for this learnership position candidates must meet the following requirements:

Grade 12/Matric Qualification certificate or equavalent.
A diploma or degree/NQF 4 in a relevant field or equivalent qualification.
Basic Computer Literacy (Outlook, MS Excel & Word, and ITS).
Good communication skills(Written and Verbal).
A valid Drivers License will be added an advantage.
Clean and Neat criminal record.
A minimum of 1-year experience will be advantageous

RAV Steel Learnership Stipend
