RAM Hand-To-Hand Couriers is one of South Africa’s leading hand-delivered courier couriers that provide Industry-Specific, Ultra-Modern Technology Solutions, and Logistics Infrastructure. Founded in 1988, the company has since grown into a fast-growing network of more than 40 distribution centres throughout South Africa, with a fleet of more than 1,800 serviced vehicles and a dedicated team of more than 3,200 employees.
RAM Learnership provides young people with the opportunity to embark on a career journey that will set them up for success in the workplace. Learnership is part of a comprehensive range of programs designed to equip young people with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the workplace. This Learnership programme aims to provide young people with the tools they need to take their careers to the next level. Candidates should be prepared to undergo theoretical assessments and practical working sessions.
RAM Learnership Requirements
In order to be eligible for this learnership position candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Citizen of South Africa with a Valid Identity Document.
- Candidate aged between 18-29 years old.
- Matric/Grade 12 qualification or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License (Code 10).
- Both physically and medically healthy for the program.
- Clear and Neat criminal records.
- Exceptional communication skills ( Verbal and Written).
- Candidates currently unemployed or not pursuing any studies/ bursary opportunities.
- Basic comprehension of numeracy.
- Impressive driving performance.

RAM Learnership Closing Date
Applications for the RAM Learnership must be submitted before the closing date as shown in relevant adverts. Applicants are advised to submit their applications as soon as possible, as RAM will only accept applications submitted on time. If no correspondence is received within 10 days of the advertisement Consider your application unsuccessful.
RAM Learnership Stipend
Successful candidates will receive a minimum amount as the Learnership Stipend covers expenses like travel and meals. This means the candidate will be paid monthly while you are on the entire learnership.
