PG Group is a leading exporter of float glass and laminated glass in South Africa as well as a manufacturer of mirrors, sealants, and other sealant products, with an annual production capacity of 260,000 metric tons. The company serves the domestic and international construction and automotive sectors. Founded in 1897 in Cape Town, the company specializes in the production, distribution, and installation of automotive glass, construction glass, aluminium frames, and window film products.

PG Group Learnership is a programme that is looking for candidates who are dynamic and energic to equip them with the foundation skills and knowledge that will help them to understand and acquaint themselves with the underlying principles of all of the major areas related to the manufacturing industry, thus enabling them to become more effective employees. During the program, the candidate will perform random responsibility in supporting organization activities to ensure productivity increases as well as career development under the supervision of a professional mentor.

PG Group Learnership Requirements.

In order to be eligible for this learnership position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Grade 12/Matric/NQF Level 4 Certificate Holder or equivalent is essential.
A national diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field will be added as an advantage.
A valid driver’s license when necessary.
Computer Literacy (MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Google Suite).
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Be a South African citizen with a valid South African ID document.
