MTN Learnership is a development programme offed by MTN globally that seeks to source, develop, and accelerate top graduates from across MTN’s footprint in Africa and the Middle East. The programme offers a privileged experience that fast-tracks talented individuals into critical roles at MTN. MTN Learnership is basically a one-year programme offered for the following areas of the field of study
- Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting Sciences/ Accounting / Accounts.
- Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Sciences / Financial Management.
- Bachelor of Commerce in Cost Accounting / Costing / Cost Management.
- Bachelor of Commerce in Business Informatics
- Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management.
- Bachelor of Commerce in Project Management.
- Undergraduate degrees in information systems, computer science, data science, and electronic engineering.
- Engineering, Quality Control.
- BSc – Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing.
- Product Development Specialist – mixed between Marketing and Technical.
- BSc – Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing.
- BSc – Marketing / Business Financier MBA – Marketing (Fresher).
- BSC- Industrial Engineering.
- Financial Management.
- Bcom Marketing or Business Management.
- Project management.
- Majors- Financial Accounting, Mathematics, statistics, Financial Management.
- ICT,
- CCNA, HCNA, CCMA.
- Data Science.
- Computer Systems OR IT Qualifications.
- B Tech or similar to Electronic Engineering or Telecoms degree.
- BSc/BEng Engineering.
- Engineer: mechanical, electrical, a quantity surveyor.
MTN Learnership Requirements
For an applicant to be able to be considered to take part in MTN learning programmes here are critical criteria to consider :
- Must have a Matric certificate
- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field of study
- Must be computer literate

MTN Learnership Stipend
All Selected applicants will receive a monthly allowance or stipend. On the contrary, MTN will not be responsible for their accommodation, transport and meals.
