MSC Learnership Programme

MSC Corporate Academy is licensed by the Department of Education to operate as a private further education and training college. All our courses are approved by the different SETAS. The MSC Corporate Academy is a branch of the MSC Business College and provides a comprehensive range of short-term courses and skills courses to both private and public companies. For the first time, MSC Corporate is a model based on the success of Recruitment, Training and BBBEE Advisory Companies, which have joined forces to create a comprehensive Training and Skills Development solution.

MSC Learnership is a programme that aims to develop candidates who are more self-reliant, require less supervision, have improved problem-solving skills, Candidates who are driven and eager to contribute to the company and are less likely to quit from a company that is invested in both their personal and professional growth. The programme is a structured learning approach, where the learner spends a period developing theoretical knowledge and a further period developing practical skills in the workplace. Upon completion of the programme, the learner is awarded a National Qualifications Framework (NQF) qualification.

MSC Learnership Requirements.

To be eligible for this learnership position candidates must meet the following requirements:

Must Completed Matric/Grade 12/NQF 4 Qualification or Equivalent
Nation Diploma/Degree Qualification will be an added advantage.
Must be a South African citizen
Candidate of the ages of 18 and 35 years old
Valid Identity Document
Clear and Neat criminal record

MSC Learnership Closing Date.

MSC Learnership Stipend.

Successful candidates will receive a minimum amount as the Learnership Stipend covers expenses like travel and meals. This means the candidate will be paid monthly while you are on the entire learnership. For the case of this Learnership, a successful candidate from each learnership candidate will receive a monthly stipend of R60 000 during the 12-month learnership contract.
