Macsteel Learnership is offering learning programs to help dedicated South African people learn important work-related skills and competencies. The Macsteel Learnerships are a great opportunity that will help you prepare for a competitive job market in the future. You will undergo a structured curriculum that includes both theoretical assessments and practical working sessions with professional training experts. All learnership intakes will be based on the selection requirements that have been standardized by the Macsteel company. At the moment, the Macsteel Learnerships are currently available for the following fields: Production Technology (NOF 4), Stores and warehousing (NQF 3), Health and safety (NQF 4)
Macsteel Learnership Requirements
Interested candidates who want to apply for this program should ensure that the following essential criteria requirements are met:
- Grade 12/ Matric Certificate with Mathematics (40%), Mathematics Lit (50%), English (50%)
- National Senior Certificate/Grade 12
- NQF Level 6 Diploma/Advance Certificate will add an advantage.
- Proven ability to communicate the English Language in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Availability and commitment to complete the entire year (12 months)

Macsteel Learnership Closing Date
The Opening and closing dates vary depending on the adverts position available usually Applications for Macsteel Learnerships must be submitted before the closing date in March. The earlier applications are submitted, the better, applicants are told. Macsteel will not accept any late applications.
Macsteel Learnership Stipend.
All successful candidates for the program will receive a monthly stipend upon completion of the program. Therefore, selected learners must be prepared to cover their transportation expenses.
