Lulaway Learnership Programme provided fully managed internship and learnership programmes where we place candidates within assessed small and medium-sized businesses. These internship and learnership programmes gain real work experience in a supportive environment, with high chances of permanent absorption. You will improve your scoreboards while growing small businesses. Lulaway Learnership Programme will connect you with funded interns through programmes like Youth Employment Service, helping you grow your business while creating jobs. Lulaway Learnership Requirements
To be an eligible candidate to join the Lulaway Learnership program. candidate must meet the following requirement to be considered.
- Certified copies of Matric certificate and Qualifications.
- Certified copy of your SA ID or Passport if a non-SA resident
- Currently unemployed (Available and committed to program 1-2 years)
- Currently not participating in a Learnership
- A detailed CV
A candidate needed to consider these things in your CV:
- Your Full Name.
- Your ID Number.
- Your Cell Phone Number.
- Your Full Physical Address.
- Your Education and Your Work History.
- Where you studied, What you studied, and Start & End dates.
- Where you worked, What you did, and Start & End dates.
- You should include copies of the certificates you received when you completed these studies.
- Reference contact details.
Lulaway Learnership 2023/2024 online application
Well-qualified candidates can apply online through Lulaway Website by registering an account creating a profile and their supporting documents including Cv will be uploaded to our database. You will also be photographed (Selfie photo) therefore head office will then process your application, and within a few days, you will receive an SMS with a link to complete an assessment.
Once you have been registered, you will be accessible to employers’ work and internship opportunities. Please note, however, that Lulaway does not guarantee placement as all end decisions are taken by employers. Don’t worry, you can still register on Lulaway in one of the following three ways:

Lulaway Learnership Stipend
Lulaway allows you to esteemed over R 1000 per month as a monthly stipend per 1-2 years depending on the programme going period.
