Letsema Learnership Program provides you with a great opportunity to gain work experience for 12 months and to offer a National Certificate qualification.

The Letsema Learnership Program sector learner funded by BANKSETA that pays for the recruitment of those who have completed Matric grade 12 as well as paying host the learner(s) and making provision for training, workplace coaching and leaner support allowance. Training is linked to a registered skills programme. Successful completion of the Learnership programme results in the achievement of an NQF5

To be an eligible candidate for the Letsema Learnership Programme there are entry-required qualifications to be considered.

Grade 12 Academic Result for the following subjects Accounting, Economics, LifeScience, Mathematics, Maths Literacy, Physical Science, English
Certificates & Transcripts Reflecting Grade/Marks achieved.
A relevant Tertiary education Certification
professional qualifications like CA(SA), CFA, CIMA, CIPS
A copy of your ID or Passport (and work permit if non-South African)
South African Citizen
A detailed CV no longer than 3 pages in MS Word format
