KFC Learnership is a programme that is looking for young candidates who is passionate to work in building KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, and The Habit Burger Grill to be the world’s most loved, trusted and fastest-growing restaurant brands while growing their careers with them. This is a very unique opportunity where facilitate candidate growth with relevant work experience and training in the Fast Food Service Industry.
The fast food service Learnership program will last for a full year with 4 months of theoretical training and 8 months of practical work experience in this respective industry. Programmes designed to help overcome the many challenges faced by the youth which are the triple threat of high unemployment, a lack of skills and the urgent requirement for training and upliftment.
KFC Learnership Requirements.
To be considered for this learnership/Internship candidate must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Candidates must be between the age of 18 – 27 years.
- Holder a Matric Certificate with a pass in Mathematics or Maths Literacy.
- Complete a Post Matric qualification.
- A strong recommendation in the English language.
- 6 months of working experience is essential.

KFC Learnership Stipend.
Usually, the final successful candidate is paid a monthly allowance called a learnership stipend for food and travel expenses for the entire period of the learnership program and its paid based on professional contribution to the company.
