Hesto Harnesses Learnership is a Programme that is looking for a dynamic and energic candidate to join the Engineering team. The successfully selected individual will be involved in supporting Hesto Harnesses activities including ensuring the smooth running of the department by considering all production processes are in line with the Global Unit Measure. They will be involved in conducting capacity studies to ensure capacity to meet customer demand.
They will have to find innovative and creative ways to support the development of new products/projects, they will directly contribute to the company’s performance to increase productivity. All this will be supervised by a very professional supervisor and at the end of the programme all the successful candidates will be offered a certificate.
Hesto Harnesses Learnership Requirements
To be eligible for this learnership position candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric/ NQF Level 4 Certificate Holder or equivalent is essential.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma or equivalent is essential.
- B-Tech and/or honours will be Advantageous.
- A year of experience in a related field when Desirable.
- Computer literate in MS Office.
- Valid driver’s licence when preferable.
- English Language Proficiency.
