Interested candidates must have the following minimum eligibility criteria to participate in this programme.

The holder of a National Certificate (N2) Qualification.
Technical Matric (N3) qualification/Grade 12 Senior Certificate qualification.
Interested Candidates at tertiary institutions must have obtained an average of 60%.
A holder of a Diploma/degree in a related field is Advantageous.
Prior working experience in the mining industry added an advantage.
Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years of age.
A valid South African identity document (SA Citizen).
A valid driver’s licence.
