Department of Health Kwa Zulu Natal is a provincial department in south Africa which are in charge of managing the provincial health budget as well as providing all provincial health services. The main mission is to develop and implement a sustainable, coordinated, integrated and comprehensive health system at all levels, based on the Primary Health Care approach through the District Health System, to ensure universal access to health care.

To be eligible for this learnership program, you must have all the necessary qualifications and meet all the basic entry requirements:
- A valid Matric / Grade 12 certificate or Equivalent qualification.
- National Senior/ senior Certificate passed with at least level 4 or above equivalent qualification.
- A diploma or degree in the relevant field is advantageous.
