De Beers Learnership Requirements
The basic requirements interested candidates should meet to ensure that they are being selected for the programme are as follows:
- Grade 12 with Mathematics, Physical Science, and English.
- N2/N3 certificate Qualification
- South African Driver’s license will be advantageous
- South African citizen with Identity Documents.
- Good command of the English language.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good Medical Condition (relevant psychometric assessment).
- Clear criminal record (a security clearance check will be conducted).
- Driver’s license (preferable but not essential)
