Belgotex Learnership is looking for a young talented individual who is driven to pursue the possibilities of design, technology, and a sustainable future of individual professional career life. The program includes 12 months of structured work exposure in an individual’s field of study. The following career fields provided by Belgotex are Electrical Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Finance, Human Resources, Management, IT, Logistics, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Operations Management, Process Instrumentation, Supply Chain Management, and Textile Design.

Belgotex Learnership Requirements

There is a qualified criterion to be selected for this Belgotex Internship here are the minimum suitable requirements to be considered:

Finance Intern

Grade 12 with maths/maths literacy.
A completed Bachelor of Commerce Degree / Diploma in Accounting or relevant equivalent
qualification.
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office productivity tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Technical and Soft Skills:

Strong Analytical Thinker.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Candidate Must be able to work under pressure.
Deadline and results-driven.
Maintain a positive attitude and provide exemplary customer service.
Able to work independently and carry out assignments to completion.
Able to multitask.
Able to take initiative and make decisions.

Planning Internship

Grade 12 / Matric Certificate with Maths.
A completed Btech, Diploma, Degree in Supply chain management or Production/Materials planning or relevant equivalent qualification
Must be a South African citizen.
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office productivity tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Other Technical Skills and Competencies

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Maintain a positive attitude and provide exemplary customer service.
Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion.
Ability to multi-task.

SHE Internship

Grade 12 / Matric with maths/literacy and English
A completed BTech, Diploma, or Degree in Environmental/ Safety Management/SHEQ-related qualification.
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office productivity tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Belgotex Learnership Closing Date

Applications are available yearly on Barloworld’s website, once a position becomes available. There is no specific time for learnerships opening and closing with this company.

Belgotex Learnership Stipend

All successful candidates will receive a monthly allowance known as a Monthly stipend when they register for a Learnership for the entire program. The amount will be paid depending on the applicant’s professional level.
