Aurecon Learnerships Requirements
- A Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mechanical, Civil, Business, Accounting, Marine, Mechatronic or relevant field is preferred.
- Comfortable in communicating at all levels
- Interpersonal skills and relationship building, collaboration and influencing.
- Flexible, adaptable, open-minded and technically curious
- Proactive self-starter that is driven to succeed with a positive attitude
- Problem solver with the capacity to grow and develop
- Confident to ask questions, seek help, make decisions and challenge the norm
- Good knowledge of machine learning methods is advantageous.
- Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to describe findings to a technical and non-technical audience.

Aurecon Learnerships Stipend.
