Amathuba Learnership is a programme that seeks students who have completed their studies and have invaluable work experience trying to elevate their careers to become part of a company with a growing African footprint and vibrant culture. The Learnership opportunity will expose you to various career paths in the business within 12 months and entails theoretical and workplace learning. On completion of the programme, successful students will acquire a National qualification Certificate.
Amathuba Learnership Requirements
- Candidate must have a Grade 12/NQF Level 4 certificate with relevant tertiary qualification/courses
- Advanced Diploma /Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
- Must be a citizen aged between 18-26 /eligible to work in the country of application.
- Must be able to work/relocate to any part of the country you are based in.
- Have you achieved a minimum of 65% average across your studies (English (50% or over) and Pure Maths (50% or over) or Maths Literacy (70% or over)
- The candidate must have passed an official second language.
- The Amathuba Learnership is available Nationally.

Amathuba Learnership Stipend
A monthly allowance will be provided to the successful candidates that will cover food and travel expenses for the entire period of the learnership programme.
