Altron Bytes Learnership aims at empowering South Africa’s unemployed youth through a structured learning programme based on the technology industry for the purpose of gaining knowledge and practical skills in the workplace leading to a qualification. At the end of twelve months of learnership candidate will be registered on the National Qualification Framework.

Altron Bytes Learnership Requirements

Applicants who meet the following minimum criteria will qualify to apply for the Altron Bytes Learnership/Altron Bytes Internship:

Must be a South African citizen (Candidates of All races can apply)
The Candidate must be between the ages of 18 to 35.
Must have a valid Grade 12 certificate
The Ideal Candidates with a diploma or degree in their field are encouraged to apply
The Ideal candidate must not be employed or studying full time
A candidate with a disability must provide a valid medical certificate
Must have a clear and clean criminal record
The Candidate must be very presentable.
Must have good English communication and interpersonal skills
