Afrox Learnership offers an opportunity to learn, grow, share success, and contribute to one of the world’s leading industrial gas and engineering companies. The programme will run over 12-24 months, whereby students will take part in on-the-job training, including practical learning and theoretical Learning.
Afrox Learnership Requirements
For the ideal candidate to be selected to take part in this programme, the minimum eligibility criteria required are as follows:
- The ideal candidate must be a South African citizen.
- Candidate must hold a Matric certificate.
- Must have a diploma or degree in their applicable field where required.
- A team player with sound interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pay attention to detail.
- Communication skills and integrity.

Afrox Learnership Stipend
Since Afrox registers under Seta policies, therefore all successful candidates will receive a monthly allowance known as the learnership stipend as soon as the Learnership agreement is signed. The amount paid will depend on the Afrox policy as well as what qualification holds.
