AfriSam Learnership is looking for talented and enthusiastic candidates who are eager to bring ongoing success in achieving company goals as well as desired self-care growth. This Learnership opportunity is offered to candidates who are pursuing career fields such as Fitter, Boilermaker, and Electrician. The chosen candidates will receive pertinent theoretical training and practical working experience related to their career field for a year duration time.
AfriSam Learnership Requirements.
The following are the minimum eligibility criteria required to possess to be considered for one of the AfriSam learners programmes:
- Final Grade 11 results, or a Matriculation certificate with Mathematics and Physical Science.
- N2 certificate in Mathematics, Engineering Science, and two more subject-related disciplines.
- Technical trade theory programs/NQF level 3 or equivalent that have been quality assured by SETA.
- Pertinent NCV Engineering certifications in seven NQF level 3 subjects.
- Technical Grade 11 with Mathematics, Physical Science, Language, and a related subject to the career field.
- Relevant national diploma/N6 in the related disciplines.
- A valid driver’s license will add an advantage
- Basic computer knowledge.

AfriSam Learnership Stipend.
Successful learners joining the team will be paid a minimum amount as a learner allowance known as a Learner Stipend covers expenses like travel and meals.
