Ster Kinekor Learnership Requirements.

Those who are interested in applying for this learnership position should confirm that they meet the following requirements:

A senior certificate or Grade 12 with passing grades in mathematics, mathematical literacy, and English.
Tertiary Qualification/NQF Level 4 with Literacy and Numeracy would be advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree, diploma or relevant qualification in a related field
Must be currently unemployed and willing to participate in the program for 12–24 months
A South African citizen aged 18 and 29 years old
Validate the identity document when necessary.
Clean and neat criminal records.
Effective communication skills, both Verbal and written
