It’s a program that lasts for 12 months based on theoretical and work-based practicals under professional mentors who provide a roadmap to the successful candidate on what their career is about and is a registered qualification through TETA (Transport Education and Training Authority)
Bidvest Learnership Requirements.
The following are the minimum eligibility criteria required to possess to be considered for the Learnership programmes:
- Grade 12 senior certificate or equivalent
- Tertiary education & work experience (advantageous)
- Must be a South African citizen
- Between the ages of 18 and 35
- Must be available and committed to working full-time for 12 months
