Anova Learnership
The Anova Health Institute is a non-profit organization (NGO) that transforms lives and empowers individuals to have good health and lead happy meaningful lives. They are driven to offer healthcare options and assistance to people in need because they believe that good health and high quality of life are important. Their work is built on a foundation of research with a specific focus on HIV to ensure that monies are directed where they can have the biggest impact.
The Department of Health trusts Anova as a partner as they are dedicated to strengthening the public healthcare system. Anova ensures training healthcare professionals, improving record keeping and making sure patients can easily get the care they need by significantly contributing to a sustainable healthcare infrastructure by recognizing possibilities to improve public health.
Anova Learnership is looking for talented candidates who are eager to reach their professional career growth in fields that are in line with the Corporation’s core business. This adolescent and Youth Learnership Programme run for a maximum period of 12 months in the relevant disciplines/fields of study and uses a fully integrated approach that combines theory with practical training and leads to a recognized qualification/certification.
Anova Learnership Requirements
Candidates wishing to apply for this learnership position must ensure that they meet the following minimum criteria:
- Grade 12 or relevant qualification.
- Must not have benefited from any other HWSETA grant within the 2019 to 2020 and 2020 to 2021 financial years
- Computer Literate will add an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license when required.
- Time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Deadline-driven and good at self-management.
- Sound oral, written, and verbal communication skills.

Anova Learnership Closing Date
The closing date for the learnership is made available on the relevant position advertised. Applicants who have not been contacted within 4 weeks of submitting their application should assume that they have not been successful.
Anova Learnership Stipend
The successful candidate will receive a monthly learnership stipend for the entire learnership period. The learnership stipend amount will be paid based on the level of qualification the individual possesses
