Hospax is a multi-disciplinary group with roots in rail infrastructure, lightning & industrial surge protection, civil construction/management, and fiber optics. It provides rail-specific expertise in construction and communications. Hospax manufactures materials and machinery to speed up the installation of civil works, increasing the speed of deployment and increasing services from the government. This in turn leads to increased return on investment for commercial clients.
Hospax Learnership is a program always on the lookout for gifted people, future leaders with a desire to better everyone around them but also to serve those in their vicinity. This company’s program is intended to draw in recent graduates. The program offered by this company aims to attract young graduates with a passion for bettering themselves and living for those around them. Learnership Fields of study: Diesel Mechanics, Instrumentation, Boilermaker, Electrical, Mechanical engineering, Industrial engineering, Mechatronics.
Hospax Learnership Requirements.
The following are the minimum eligibility criteria required to be considered for one of the Hospax programs:
- Grade 12 with a relevant qualification.
- Computer literate.
- Valid South African ID Document.
- Must be honest and show integrity.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.

Hospax Learnership Stipend.
Successful learners joining the team will be paid a minimum amount as a learner allowance known as a Learner Stipend covers expenses like travel and meals.
