BMW Learnership is looking for new talent to help us keep pushing the limits of what’s possible in various roles. The programme consists of a comprehensive work readiness programme, experiential learning and Approximately a year of workplace rotation based on a uniquely customised individual development plan.
BMW Learnership Requirements
To be part of the 24-monthly Learnership programme. There are the eligibility criteria required to meet to be qualified.
- A Degree/ Minimum in Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Sales and Marketing, and other Business relevant disciplines.
- A tertiary technical qualification would be advantageous.
- Standard 10/Grade 12 Certificate or Further Education and Training Certificate NQF (Level 4) with both Mathematics and Science.
- The Candidate must have computer literate ie. very good Excel skills, Office Suite.
- The Candidate must be a South African citizen.
- The candidate must be in possession of a driver’s license.

- Communication and Analytical skills.
- Problem-Solving skills.
- The candidate must be structured, with a keen eye for detail.
- The candidate must be energetic and willing.

BMW Learnership Closing Date
Learnership Selection takes place from February, June to October, and December each year. The ideal candidate will assess and shortlisted based on their academic performance and potential fit for their company culture. Shortlisted candidates are then interviewed before final selections are made, Successful Candidates the programme will start in March.
BMW Learnership Stipend
Usually, the final successful candidate is paid a monthly allowance called a learnership stipend for food and travel expenses for the entire period of the learnership programme and its paid based on professional contribution to the company.
