Implats (Impala Platinum) Learnership Programme

Implats (Impala Platinum) is a leading producer of platinum group metals (PGMs), structured around six mining operations and Impala Refining Services, a toll refining business. The metals we produce are the key to making many essential industrial, medical and electronic items – and they contribute to a cleaner, greener world. They actively develop markets for their PGM products in South Africa, Japan, China, the US and Europe.

Implats (Impala Platinum) Learnership offers different learning programmes in the mining industry-related sector. They believe through this learnership can give brighter hope to unemployed graduates since with the right education workers can enter the workforce skilled enough to do what is required.

Implats (Impala Platinum) Learnership Requirements

Generally, the following are Minimum academic requirements:

Grade 12/ STD 10 / NQF Level 4 is essential
N2 with four subjects relevant to a trade
A valid driver’s licence when necessary.
computer skills
A detailed CV

Other competences

Must be self-driven and highly motivated
Must have the ability to maintain a high standard of work
Must be willing to perform standby duties as and when required
