ArcelorMittal Learnership offers young people a chance to contribute to the work in the business sector through Metal Production Learnership while receiving both academic training and real-world experience. All interested candidates will go through the necessary assessments for the post before being exposed to an interview. This programme will last for forty weeks, including classroom training and work-integrated learning. Upon completion of the programme, the candidate can be appointed in an operator position depending on business needs.

The following are the minimum eligibility criteria required to be considered for one of the Arcelormittal learner’s programmes:

Grade 12 with Mathematics, Science and English.
